How it works

Tell us what you want, and we will design your custom order form.

Choose which recorders/straps you wish to offer to your students, and your selling window. We’ll create a form with your school logo and special instructions, and give you a private link and QR code to give to your students and their parents.

Parents pay online by credit card.

Orders are processed through our secure payment gateway. We send parents a confirmation email, and keep track of all payments for you.

Parents also have the option to donate dollars to your music program. You can redeeem those donations for anything at

We bulk ship the recorders to you, and you pass them out to your students.

After the selling window is closed, we send all the recorders to you in a single shipment, along with a checklist of everyone who has paid. You distribute the recorders to your students at school.
Once set up, you can use the EasyOrder Program year after year!
